Maai® Leads

find the people worth talking to.

Most lead work starts with volume. We start with a definition: who your best customer is, the words they use, and a short list of people who match.

Thirty minutes. We look at your site before we talk.

How it works

three steps, in this order.

A list built before the definition is a guess with a price tag.

First

learn the business

We work through what you sell, who buys it, and why your best customers chose you.

Then

define the customer

Industry, size, role, location, and the signals that separate a buyer from a browser. Written down.

Then

build the list

A short list of real people who match, with the contact detail to reach them. Then we help you work it.

Two ways to start

pick the one that fits.

Buy the list once, or run the whole thing monthly.

Option A

the starting sprint

$2,500One time. Quoted before we start.

We learn your business, define your customer, and build a matched list with a sequence ready to send. Everything it produces is yours to keep.

  • A written customer profile
  • A language audit from your reviews, inbox, and calls
  • One matched list of real contacts
  • An outreach sequence in your voice
  • A working session to hand it over
Option B

the monthly

$800 / month$500 MOCO + $300 list work. The sprint, then it keeps running. MOCO pricing is published at askmoco.com and governs.

Everything in the sprint, plus the site, the content, and the search presence your leads land on. One system, one number, month to month.

  • Everything in Option A
  • Your website, built and maintained
  • Content published on a schedule
  • Search and AI visibility
  • Lists refreshed as we learn
The method

the list should be short.

A thousand contacts is cheap to buy and expensive to enrich. It also puts your name in front of people who were never going to buy.

We would rather send fewer messages to people who match. That takes a real definition, and a few rounds to tighten. The lists get smaller as we learn.

We describe the work, not the result. You get exactly what we did, who was on the list and why, and what came back. No promises about volume.

Worth asking

where do your leads land?

Every lead lands somewhere: a page, a search result, an inbox. If that page does not answer the question they arrived with, the list was never the problem.

Start with a call and we will tell you which part is actually costing you.

How we work

we run this by hand.

The sprint is done by people, not by a queue. The judgment that makes a short list worth having does not batch well.

We take a limited number of engagements at a time. If we are full, we will tell you when we can start.

Maai® Leads is one property of a small operation: marketing that gets done for local businesses. We run it on ourselves before it reaches a client.

Maai® Leads is in build. What we write here comes from running it on our own businesses first.
